and cages. The steels used for these high-precision bearing rings and rolling elements are capable of being adequately hardened, have high fatigue,
strength and wear resistance. Moreover they have the structural and dimensional stability to satisfy the spindle operating temperatures.
CSC high-precision bearing rings and rolling elements are generally made of through-hardened carbon chromium steel
Bearing Cage - Phenolic resin cage
This material is lightweight resulting in minimal centrifugal forces and having the capability of retaining part of the lubricant, ensuring
optimum lubrication. Fabric reinforced phenolic resin cages should not be used at temperatures exceeding 80°C for a long term. However It can
bear the instantaneous temperature of 120 degrees. These phenolic cages have a very good high-speed capability.
Non-contact seals 2RSD are free from friction
Non-contact seals on these bearings are particularly suitable for applications with high speeds and high requirements for freedom from friction and low heat generation. In general, non-contact seals are free from wear and have an almost unlimited operating life.
